Voting Question: procrastinating about college, now what do I do?

Ok, I finished one year at a state college in wisconsin, classes start friday, and i have no idea why I am going back. I really want to do some sort of online program, but i missed the deadline for the Wisconsin colleges online program. I have 6 more semesters for free left from my dad's gi bill benefit and definately dont want to waste them, but I dont think i could handle another semester there, for personal reasons. I was wondering if University of Phoenix was a good choice, but i'm not sure if i can get it paid for and if i can go for only a year, as i would rather go to a state school for funding reasons, any suggestions/ experience?
