Resolved Question: Are my chances good to get into top grad schools in the US?

Hi, I am an undergraduate student in my senior year in one of the best universities in the Arab middle-east region(King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia). I am applying to top US universities for grad studies. Here are my scores and qualifications: BS in industrial and systems engineering GPA 3.94/4.0 GRE Q-800,V-560,AW-4.0 TOEFL IBT 109/120 I have 3 recommendation letters from the chairman of systems engineering and two of the top professors in the department. I am expecting a full scholarship from my university. I don't have any publications but I did many projects during my undergraduate studies including the senior project. I applying for PHD admission in Industrial engineering and Operations Research I want your opinion on my chances to get into the following schools I am applying for: 1- Stanford 2- UC Berkeley 3- University of Michigan Ann-Arbor 4- Georgia Tech 5-Virginia Tech 6-University of Wisconsin Madison 7-Ohio State University 8-University of Illinois If my chances are low to get in any of the universities above, please state why you think so.
