Open Question: Chem Grad School With a Low GPA?

So i'm about to graduate with a degree in chemistry. My GPA is at 2.8 :(. However, i do have the following -Research Experience -6 Months working for a grad student -1 Year working directly for the Dr. -Summer internship from a roche family company. -Outreach activities -Over 200+ Hours -Organizations -AXE (secretary) -SAACS. -Teaching undergraduate labs for the last 2 years. Does anyone think i will be able to get into a decent grad school or have any advice in helping me get into one?
