Open Question: Why is the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign ranked so high in everything(academics)? ?

They are the 5th best public school in front of UNC-chapel hill. And U of I is ranked 34th overall. They re the 3rd best engineering school in the country and they rank in the top 10 for 20 more majors! (Like, business, biology and 18 more). Top 7 best public schools in America 1.University of California-Berkeley-22 overall rank 2.University of Virgina-Charlottesville-23 overall rank 3.University of Michigan-Ann Arbor-24 overall rank 4.UCLA-25 overall rnk 5.University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign-34 overall rank 6.University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill-31 7.University of Wisconsin-Madison 35 my Sources-CNN,Princeton Review,Us&world news and some others.
